Beliefs are nothing more than an accumulation of thoughts on any subject (Example: money, relationships or yourself). The power of the belief is measured by two variables, its duration (how long you have held that thought in your mind) and the strength or varying intensities depend on the level of emotions. The positive vibration variations of love or the negative vibration variations of fear. Put simple, you fill the belief up with love (good feelings) on a continuous basis and it then reflects back to you that reality and the opposite effect happens for fear (bad feelings) in the form of lack, limitation and generally things you don’t want. If you ask yourself about a certain subject such as money and you don’t feel good about it, the exact proportion of that is always coming to you in your reality based on that belief. The only way to change the belief is to continuously feel good about the subject until you see a noticeable change in your reality (Example: Money coming to you easily through circumstances).
Tapping on pressure points is a great technique to directly assist you in this matter. In order to use beliefs effectively to control your reality and create harmony, it will have to match with what you are doing in your life. Why is this important and why do I have to do it? Because the particles of the universe naturally attract together that which is of a like vibration (positive effect) and repels which is not (negative effect). If you think about this and understand it properly then you know that this really serves you in so many ways. An example of this is if you like to explain things to others like I do being a writer will allow you to put this belief into action. With enough good feelings that like can easily accumulate into a love.After a while or sooner depending on the variations of the positive vibrations that you feel, in time you will gain momentum. In this true power resides. The opposite effect will happen and you will lose your momentum if you surround yourself with others that have a fear or negative perceptions about that belief that you want to fulfill, so it is very wise to only listen to others that have the same goal in mind. Another great way is to observe or be mentored by someone who is successfully doing what you want to do. This is one of the easiest ways to build belief because this allows you to understand what they know and you can mimic they’re success by matching your vibration to theirs.
To gain such happiness, existence must be a continuous process of experiencing fuller expression of yourself and your beliefs.
