Feel good and then feel better. Why is it so important to others? If you study quantum physics, mediate or observe your thoughts and then the universe, it will become very apparent to you that the universe is connected in every way. This means that your thoughts and feelings and beliefs are creating your reality and the universe outside of you is creating you as well and it only matches things that are of a like nature or vibration and repels things that are not, this is how the reality is controlled by all beings.
It works so perfectly because everything is really a mass of vibrating particles and each being affects each other through accumulated thoughts and feelings or in others words, beliefs from a wide spectrum of vibrations going from low to high. The lower vibrations or the negative emotions of fear to limit you or cut you off from your unlimited self and the higher vibrations or positive emotions of love to open you up to the universe and allow you to experience life in more abundance as is your right as the creator. This is easily understood as -1 and +1 on a line graph, and for those wondering about 0, spirit world or fine matter existence, I can go into more detail in another blog.
Abundance is a multitude of things and can be translated into more money, great relationships or helpful information that is just for you. With truly understanding this, we all have a great responsibility to continuously feel good then feel better or in other words, raise our vibration.
Why do you want to feel good and then feel better? Because when you raise your vibration it affects all beings that are near, first through their feelings next in their quality of life. More so if you are focusing your thoughts on them for a long period of time as with anything that accumulates will intensify itself and can be used instantly, rather negative or positive. What you can do to really help yourself and others is to go and work on training your vibration to gradually rise. This is incredibly powerful and simple to apply, but can be difficult because you will have to become aware of what is naturally accruing all the time. There are some reasons why some may not apply this. Most people don’t have access to this information, don’t observe their selves, don’t take 100% responsibility over their lives, blame others (focusing intense negative thoughts on others), or cannot comprehend because they try to associate it in their minds with dis-empowering information created in a lower vibration reality. As the effect of the lower vibration serves to blocks the mind from experiencing awareness of what is naturally happening. If they do learn this, they may end up not having enough discipline to train there vibration from their thoughts or visualizations. Instead training there vibration in responses to negative vibration from others which ultimately dis-empowering them from creating their reality the way they really want to. So some great tools that I have used to bring me much success in this is the Focus@will program, laughing more, stop negatively judging others,tapping on pressure points, meditation with no thoughts focused on natural breathing, observing your thoughts without negative judgment(producing negative emotions through a perception that something is wrong).
What truly defines you in this shifting always changing reality is the only thing that truly matters, the way you think and feel, so consciously make a choice to do this all the time.
